Key Responsibilities

• Execute precise installations across various materials including carpet, luxury vinyl (LVT/LVP), hardwood, laminate, and ceramic tile.
• Prepare job sites thoroughly by inspecting subfloors, conducting simple math calculations for layouts, and managing tools safely.
• Provide elite customer care by treating clients' homes with respect, moving furniture carefully, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Maintain quality standards that fulfill Wecker's Flooring Center lifetime installation guarantees and exceed customer expectations.

Position Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven professional flooring installation experience.
• Insurance: Active and valid commercial liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage (or valid exemption).
• Equipment: Must own reliable transportation and a comprehensive set of professional flooring installation tools.
• Standards: Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to prompt, respectful communication.
