With years of installation experience, Mike moved forward with his goal to open a quality flooring store in York County. In 1986, 35 years ago, Mike opened Wecker's flooring.

Mike and his wife, Penny, are native to the area, and have raised their now grown children; Cassie, Daniel, and Robert in York as well. In his spare time, Mike enjoys salt water fishing. And he is a fan of the Orioles Baseball Team, and follows Hallam baseball team in the York Susquehanna League.

Dan joined the Wecker's flooring team at age 14, assisting the installation crews throughout High School and College. After graduation from Lebanon Valley College, he became the Store Operations Manager and part of the sales department.

When he is not working, he enjoys time at the beach with his wife, Liz, playing baseball in the Susquehanna League, or playing a challenging game of golf.

Cody brings enthusiasm and 19 years of experience to Wecker's flooring. With his many different certifications and a great gift for design, he has developed a great mind to assist customers with their flooring needs.

He is a graduate from Dallastown High School, and has a Business Degree from York Technical Institute. He holds multiple flooring certifications and has a wide knowledge of the full variety of flooring types. 

He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

With a total of 40 years of experience serving the York County flooring industry, Bob is one of the top flooring professionals at Wecker's.

In 1994, he worked as an estimator and hard surface manager, seasoned in all facets of the construction industry, with great design capability.

After work, he enjoys riding his Harley Davidson with his wife, Kathy, of 31 years. He also has three children; Bobby, Melissa and Logan. On weekends he is a local favorite DJ in the community and is an avid fisherman.

A Walt Whitman quote describes Maggi Baker's position at Wecker's: YOU ARE SO MUCH SUNSHINE PER SQUARE INCH. Maggi has been with Wecker's for 14 years and has worked as a receptionist, assistant office manager and sales associate! Maggi is usually the go to person with questions from the staff. And if she does not know an answer, she is always available to assist in finding one!

After keeping Wecker's in order through the day, Maggi enjoys downtime with her two children; Drew and Hadley. Her talent and expertise in antiquing and primitives is her favorite hobby…when she has spare moments during the week.

Shawn has been with Wecker’s Flooring since 1999. Starting as professional installer and now for the previous six years as part of the Wecker’s sales team. His knowledge of both the installation and sales end will guarantee he finds you the right products for your flooring project. Shawn thinks building a relationship with his customers is very important not just selling them flooring.

An Eastern York High School graduate and continues to live in the district with his wife Jean and son Colten. He has been involved in the youth area baseball program as coordinator for eight years. Shawn enjoys all sports and enjoys spending valuable time with his family and friends.

Jay Lucia actually started in flooring with Wecker’s Flooring Center in 1995 and spent 23 years in flooring installation gaining experience in a wide range of custom applications.

Now Jay has joined Wecker’s as a sales and design consultant for the next phase of his flooring career. When not helping you improve the look of your home, Jay can be found enjoying time with his wife and two children or on occasion hunting or fishing.

Michelle was recently promoted to Installation Foreman, but she is not new to customer service with 8 years experience as one of our premier flooring installers. Her specialty is keeping our installation schedule humming along with all the increased business. She loves her family and with two kids and two dogs, she takes life one day at a time!
